Resolve to craft the better you, daily.

Resolve this year to live more simply. Declutter your house, your stuff, your online world, your body, your options.
Resolve this year to give more intently. As you declutter your house and stuff, give the things way mindfully. Look for those in need and be involved in the giving. Not for ego, but to develop greater compassion.
Resolve this year remove the nonsense from your online world. That's the stuff that is either distracting you, or you're feeding your mind with rubbish. Choose who you're going to hang around online, who you're willing to be influenced by and what you're going to expose yourself to. Get rid of the leeches, the parasites, and the hypocrites. Remove the sensationalists and others who are simply desperate to get you to click and view at any cost. Not at our cost, thanks. Unfollow. Remove all the options that distract you from adding your value to the world.
Resolve this year to sculpt your body more consciously. Eat well. Drink pure. Work muscles. Move. Make this a lifestyle choice, not a temporary fix. You know you need to do this.
Resolve this year to live a resurrected life. Be dead to your old self and fuelled by your God-given new life. The better you in love, relationships, value contribution and as a positive, inspiring example to others is crafted daily. Today is a crafting day. Sculpt your life a piece at a time.
Transformation is possible because that's the purpose of life. Continue yours today. It starts with a decision from you, and a resolve to make it happen. Yes, you can. And surround yourself with people who will help. And again, yes you can.
